What is Sports Vision Training?

Sports vision training is the process of exercising and improving the performance of an athlete's visual abilities.

Sports Vision Home Training

Our sports vision home training program is a great tool for baseball players of all ages. Players work at home or in their dorm room, on their own desktop or laptop computer. The program evaluates and trains the following visual systems:

  • Depth Perception
  • Visual Alignment
  • Contrast Sensitivity
  • Peripheral Vision
  • Recognition
  • Tracking
  • Eye-Hand Coordination
  • Reaction Time

Training begins on the first full week of the upcoming new month. Players are expected to do 1 session each week. Each session lasts approx 20 minutes and can be done on any day during a given week.
